Harmony High School Cross Country


Cross Country is long distance running.  It's all about stamina and endurance.  It's great fall conditioning for other sports as well.  Anyone can do it- as long as you have the desire, discipline, and dedication to work hard and improve.  There is only one event in Cross Country, the 5K run.  There is no bench, everyone competes; your biggest adversary is yourself.

Summer Conditioning​​

Summer Conditioning for the 2017 season officially begins June 12th.  You need to bring the signed Open Summer Participation Form, a towel, water, and sunscreen.

Harmony Youth Running Clinic

We are bringing back the Summer Youth Running Clinic for the second series.  If you have a 4th-8th grader who enjoys running check out the flyer below for a great ​​summer activity.
