Classes and Description

Game and Simulation Foundations (Gaming 1)
The class begins by studying the history of games.  Board games are made and played as the development of gaming is followed through history.  This gives a good background of how games relate to the times.  Photoshop will be studied.  Photoshop is a tool that can be used to make sprites (graphics) for games.  The second half of the year is spend learning to make games using Gamesalad.  This is a game development environment for the computer that uses drag and drop which makes it easier to create games.  The final project is to create your own game.
