School PrincipalDear Students, Families, and Community Members,

Welcome to the second semester — a fresh start, a new chapter, and an exciting opportunity to elevate everything we’ve been working toward! As we return from winter break refreshed and refocused, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the continued partnership, support, and trust you bring to our school community each day. The first half of the year was filled with hard work, growth, and memorable milestones, and I am incredibly proud of the dedication shown by our students, staff, and families.

This semester brings chances to set bold goals, push yourself academically, explore your interests, and shine in new ways. Whether you're challenging yourself in the classroom, stepping into leadership roles, participating in athletics, fine arts, or clubs — this is your moment to grow, stretch, and thrive.

Our priorities remain the same:

· High-quality learning for every student

· A safe, supportive, and vibrant school culture

· Strong communication and collaboration between school and families

· Celebrating the achievements and successes of our school community

I encourage students to stay organized, seek help when needed, get involved, and take pride in their learning. Families, thank you for your partnership and encouragement. Your engagement fuels student success, and our school is stronger because of you.

Let’s make this semester our best one yet — full of growth, pride, and achievement. I am excited for everything we will accomplish together.

With Longhorn Pride,

Laurel Ramsey
