Dr. Sabine Laser is a passionate educator and lifelong learner with 21 years of experience in the School District of Osceola County. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Manitoba (Canada), a Master’s in Education from D’Youville College, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida.
Throughout her career, Dr. Laser has been committed to fostering student success, empowering teachers, and building strong school communities. Her background in psychology and leadership informs her holistic approach to education, emphasizing both academic achievement and personal growth.
This year, Dr. Laser is especially excited to embrace Harmony High School’s inspiring theme of “Champion”—a call to uplift, advocate, and lead with heart. She is honored to join the Harmony administrative team and looks forward to championing students, staff, and families as they strive for excellence together.

Ms. Reda
With 24 years of experience in education, I have dedicated my career to fostering student success and supporting teacher growth. I began my journey in the classroom, where I developed a deep passion for instructional excellence and student engagement. In 2015, I transitioned into educational leadership, and I am now entering my third year as an Assistant Principal.
I hold a Master of Arts in Education from Grand Canyon University, earned in 2006, and continue to be committed to lifelong learning and servant leadership. My focus is on building strong school communities, promoting equity, and creating a positive and productive environment for both students and staff.
