Joey James brings over three decades of experience in education and athletics to his role as Athletic Director at Harmony High School. A dedicated educator and seasoned coach, Joey spent nearly ten years in the classroom and 24 years coaching men's college basketball, where he built a reputation for leadership, integrity, and a deep commitment to student-athlete development.

Throughout his coaching career, Joey mentored countless athletes, emphasizing discipline, teamwork, and academic excellence. His teams consistently demonstrated competitive success and personal growth, reflecting his holistic approach to coaching.

Now at Harmony High School, Joey leads the athletic department with a vision rooted in character, community, and competitive spirit.
